Hello - welcome to my little nook online. :-)

As a young girl, one of my best friends was a handsome mango tree in our garden. During the long hot summer holidays in India, when the dusty "loo" winds powdered everything brown, and at dawn on weekends when the birds and I were the only ones stirring, I'd climb up and wriggle into my special corner where two branches angled into the trunk.

I'd sit there for hours, reading, thinking, or just peering out through the glossy overhanging leaves contemplating the world go by.

Today, a modern hotel stands where my friend once was, and the quiet lane next to it is a busy road inundated by a stream of honking horns.

So I have retreated to this nook online...

...to share my thoughts on all that interests and concerns me now - spirituality, internet marketing, vegetarian cooking, natural remedies and alternate healing, travel... whatever.
